Secret one
Once you've cleared the outer base area, return to the radio shack (the one with the large radio mast). Go behind the shack:
You'll find a grating here:
Break the grate open, and you can gain access to the crawlspace under the shack:
From here you climb up the ladder into a locked room in the radio shack.
